What is education?

I define education as the process of shaping a happy individual with good habits that are rooted in values. Students learn emotional self-regulation for harmonious coexistence and fosters the skills needed to solve problems and realize dreams.

ALL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS should strive to educate ALL STUDENTS because everyone deserves the right to learn how to become good, happy individuals capable of managing their emotions and developing essential skills. While differences in students' skill development are common, these can be addressed through dedicated effort. Educational institutions have the responsibility to plan in such a way that every student can achieve their goals, understanding that those who face greater challenges must exert more effort.

Selection should only be made when the primary objective is to form the best team for competitions; however, it becomes unjustifiable when the focus is on education. The real challenge lies in supporting students who struggle the most to progress and succeed.

Are we truly achieving this goal? Are we utilizing the right tools and strategies?
