For many years, psychologist Sylvia Langford has been dedicating her expertise to guiding families in navigating challenges. A prevalent concern among parents is their children’s difficulty in managing frustration, resulting in frequent tantrums, quick boredom, a lack of motivation to study or learn, failure to complete homework independently, unresolved conflicts, difficulties with concentration, aggressive behaviors, reluctance to share with peers, and an overall lack of responsibility. This culminates in poor behavior and a general disinterest in fulfilling obligations.

Parents strive tirelessly to ensure their children experience happiness and avoid suffering. In their quest to achieve this, they often attempt to simplify their children's lives. To motivate them to meet responsibilities and exhibit appropriate behavior, parents resort to negotiating and rewarding. However, after realizing that these tactics yield little success, they may shift to more punitive measures, such as yelling or threats. When these approaches also fail to produce significant change, they frequently revert to their original methods.

If these issues persist, it suggests that the underlying causes are not being properly addressed, resulting in ineffective strategies and unfulfilled expectations.
