What Are the 5 Cs?

Taking charge of our lives involves achieving the 5 Cs:

  1. CONSISTENCY: Staying true to our principles and ensuring our feelings, thoughts, words, and actions align.
  2. COHERENCE: Ensuring that what we say matches what we do. We do not speak about things we haven't experienced or accomplished.
  3. CONGRUENCE: This refers to the absence of contradictions, showcasing stability, credibility, and reliability in our actions.
  4. CONSCIOUSNESS: The ability to reflect on our choices and actions, and understand the positive or negative consequences they create.
  5. CONVICTION: The strength to believe in ourselves and our decisions. This tenacity allows us to persevere, put in the effort, and maintain trust even when faced with challenges.
